Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Tribal Collaboration Services

To solve these coordination challenges, the selected partner will identify barriers affecting SNAP participation and implement proactive outreach initiatives. The scope of work requires coordinating two annual relationship-building meetings between the state's SNAP Employment and Training, SNAP Education, and the federally recognized tribal nations. The contractor must establish effective communication methods and develop comprehensive toolkits and guides for TANF workers to enhance service delivery and coordination with community resources. Additionally, the project involves developing and distributing meeting-specific reports that document attendance, summarize agenda items, capture decisions, and outline action items with responsible parties, deliverables, and timelines. The agency requires the contractor to monitor and document progress on measurable indicators related to tribal participation. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite.
