Intermunicipal Development Plan Consulting Services

Rocky View County is seeking a vendor to provide intermunicipal development plan consulting services. The agency requires a Facilitation and Engagement Consultant to design and facilitate workshops with the Intermunicipal Committee, Councils, and Administrations regarding vision setting, priorities, and policy direction. This consultant will also lead public and stakeholder engagement activities to gather feedback from residents, landowners, developers, agencies, and other interested parties. The agency also requires a Planning Advisor to provide technical planning, research, policy, and advisory services. The scope of work includes designing and implementing engagement activities such as open houses, surveys, in-person facilitated discussions, digital engagement tools, and summary reporting. These activities must support transparent and collaborative intermunicipal planning. Bidders must be onshore Canadian organizations. The agency permits the selected vendor to perform the work offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
