Microbial, Suspect Microbial and Water Damage Services

The University of Massachusetts Lowell is seeking a contractor to provide microbial, suspect microbial, and water damage services for its properties. The agency needs to address abatement, remediation, replacement, encapsulation, and repair of building interior and exterior infrastructure, building envelopes, fixtures, furnishings, floor coverings, decor, and equipment.
