Voluntary Benefits and Administrative Services

The Lafayette Parish School System in Lafayette, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide integrated Third-Party Administrator consulting and brokerage services to manage its voluntary benefits and administrative services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing complex benefit portfolios by securing a partner to handle strategic plan design, market analysis, vendor and implementation management, specialized administration, and compliance. The scope of work also covers account management, onboarding and new hire support, annual open enrollment, and implementation and transition requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires bidders to demonstrate a proven track record of managing and successfully supporting complex benefit portfolios for large-scale school districts, governmental agencies, or corporate enterprises of comparable or greater complexity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 6, 2026. The agency requires all questions regarding this opportunity to be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
