Vacant and Blight Property Inventory Service

The Lewis County government authority in Lowville, New York is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive vacant and blight property inventory service. The agency needs to address derelict properties by establishing a point-in-time inventory of residential, commercial, and mixed-use parcels countywide.
