Supportive Housing Program Service

The Albany County government authority in Albany, New York is seeking a vendor to provide supportive housing program services. The agency is trying to help single adults, young adults, and families remain stably housed so they do not enter or re-enter the homeless services system. The requested services must include admission and discharge planning, as well as social and recreational services. For single adults and young adults, the agency requires supportive housing units defined as private rooms providing living and sleeping space for at least one, but no more than two persons. For families, the agency requires dwelling units that provide living and sleeping space with access to bathing, toilet, and kitchen facilities within the same building. The selected vendor must operate these family facilities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work can occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract with a duration of four years.
