Campus Master Plan Services

The government authority in Sudbury, Ontario is seeking campus master plan services to establish a long-term physical framework. This framework will guide future land use, space allocation, facility optimization, and capital investments. The agency needs to assess, review, and analyze current data and future vision to propose a prioritized set of actions and implementation strategies. The project aims to support student success and well-being through high-quality, accessible spaces while optimizing and right-sizing the campus to reflect enrolment and program needs. The agency requires a plan that advances stewardship through responsible asset management and deferred maintenance reduction. Land-use planning under this contract will dictate land-use by restricting the usage and development of specific areas. The scope of work requires integrating principles around accessibility, deferred maintenance, energy conservation, greenhouse gas reduction, and space utilization holistically into the master plan. The agency expects project engagement to be informative, inclusive, and meaningful, reflecting a commitment to community, collaboration, and inclusion. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. Bidders must submit any questions no later than June 29, 2026.
