Temporary Employment Services

The government authority located in Santa Fe, New Mexico is seeking a contractor to provide temporary employment services under a three-year master agreement. The agency needs to solve the challenge of sourcing, recruiting, prescreening, and managing contingent workers across various departments, including clinical and information technology roles. The selected contractor must establish a sub-vendor network of staffing firms to ensure all temporary employment requests are fulfilled satisfactorily. The scope of work covers managing employment eligibility, professional licensure compliance, hiring, reassignments, and terminations for all contingent workers. For clinical positions, the contractor must ensure candidates possess the specific medical licensure, registration, or certification required to provide direct patient care or clinical technical services. For information technology occupations, the contractor must provide technical workers responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of computing systems, networks, hardware, and software applications. All contingent workers provided by the contractor will remain employees of the contractor or its sub-vendors and will not be considered employees of the purchasing entities.
