Licensed Psychologist Service

The Maryland Department of Health requires a licensed psychologist to provide part-time, on-site services at the Center and Secure Evaluation Therapeutic Treatment campus in Baltimore, Maryland. The agency is seeking to address the care, custody, and guidance needs of residents with intellectual disabilities who may also have co-existing mental disorders and forensic involvement. The selected psychologist will work twenty hours per week on-site at the campus. The scope of work covers clinical supervision and oversight of three to six Psychology Associates and their respective caseloads. The psychologist will also oversee, direct, and monitor the administration of clinical services at the facility. This intermediate-level position requires the psychologist to perform all duties directly on-site at the Baltimore location. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 24, 2026, and the agency must receive all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
