The government authority in Olympia, Washington is seeking an experienced workers' compensation attorney to represent a claimant in a workers' compensation appeal. The selected attorney must provide legal representation consistent with the obligations set forth in the Rules of Professional Conduct and Court Rules. The scope of work requires the attorney to submit monthly statements indicating the number of hours worked on behalf of the injured worker, including a general description of the work performed billed in one-tenth hour increments. The agency requires the attorney to maintain professional liability insurance with minimum coverage limits of not less than two hundred thousand dollars per claim and five hundred thousand dollars in aggregate liability. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations only, and the performance of the work will take place offsite.
