Municipal Advisory Services

The selected advisor will help the agency navigate debt structuring, evaluate market conditions, and manage its enterprise segment debt portfolio. For bond-related services, the agency requires written recommendations on the method of sale, such as competitive or negotiated processes. The advisor must prepare pre-pricing analyses and post-sale reports, assist bond counsel with necessary legislation, and support bond validation through financial tables, exhibits, and testimony. Non-bond services include providing periodic market reports, maintaining a debt portfolio database, and delivering financial analyses and recommendations for debt incurrence across various departments. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the selected contractor to perform all work onsite at the authority's location in Miami, Florida. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine pricing.
