Parking Demand and Management Strategy Development Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide parking demand and management strategy development services. This project aims to analyze existing and future conditions by evaluating current parking utilization at different times and on different days. The selected vendor will manage the project, conduct community outreach, develop a parking demand model, analyze parking supply opportunities, and deliver a final parking management plan with implementation-based strategy recommendations. The scope of work requires the vendor to prepare a community engagement summary detailing strategies, meeting purposes, expected outcomes, a tentative schedule, and promotional plans. The vendor must also develop scenarios and recommendations based on future goals and policies that affect the agency. All project work will be performed offsite. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the project no later than June 30, 2026.
