Christmas Lighting Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Christmas lighting services for a county park and its displays. The agency needs to solve the seasonal challenge of installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and storing holiday lighting and all necessary accessories. The selected vendor must install the lights between late October and early November, ensuring everything is operational by the Saturday before Thanksgiving and remains active through the first full week of January. The scope of work covers the complete installation, daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and subsequent storage of the lighting displays. The vendor must provide all lights and components at no additional charge to the county, retaining ownership of these items throughout the contract. To ensure continuous operation, the vendor must provide staff contacts who are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for immediate repairs. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting work must take place onsite at the county park. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for June 30, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than July 1, 2026.
