Holiday Event Tree, Lighting and Decoration Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a holiday event tree, lighting, and decoration service for an annual tree lighting event and seasonal display. The project addresses the need for safe, high-quality outdoor holiday decorations to enhance the community's seasonal celebrations. Performance of all work, including installation, maintenance, and removal, must take place onsite. The scope of work requires one artificial frame conifer-type tree ranging from approximately twenty-four to forty feet in height, suitable for outdoor use. This tree must feature integrated lighting, a pre-lit star or similar topper, ornaments with a final color and theme determined by the agency, and all necessary anchoring and support components. Additionally, the agency requires four to eight outdoor lighted display units ranging from six to twelve feet in height or width. Bidders must submit pictures or renderings, descriptions, dimensions, power requirements, installation requirements, and itemized costs for each proposed display option. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will evaluate submissions based on the detailed specifications provided for the tree and display units. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online. A non-mandatory pre-proposal job walk will take place on June 23, 2026, to familiarize potential bidders with the installation site.
