Paratransit Eligibility Determinations and Travel Training Services

The Regional Transportation District in Denver, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide paratransit eligibility determinations and travel training services. The agency requires a turnkey process to receive customer applications and conduct efficient, accurate, consistent, and compliant assessments of paratransit applicant needs. This process must solve the agency's need for comprehensive applicant evaluations by incorporating a written application, a one hundred percent face-to-face interview, an assessment of applicant abilities, and a validation of medical or other supporting information. The scope of work covers the provision of supporting information technology systems, management, and staffing to process applications, evaluate applicants within required timeframes, and produce necessary reports. Specific tasks include written application development and design, written application screening, paratransit interview and assessment scheduling, paratransit certification appointments, paratransit interviews, and mobility assessments. The agency requires the performance of this work to occur offsite over a contract period of five years. Only organizations based onshore in the United States of America are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to establish the budget for these services.
