Comprehensive Biology, Chemistry and Physics Curriculum Services

The City of Passaic, New Jersey, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive biology, chemistry, and physics curriculum services. The agency requires a certified version of the Biology and Chemistry OpenSciEd curriculum, which must be hosted on a digital management platform. This digital platform must support multiple languages, with English and Spanish being mandatory requirements for both teacher and student access. The scope of work requires the vendor to supply all materials and equipment for all five OpenSciEd units for Biology and Chemistry. The agency needs to purchase teacher guides and student notebooks, with the notebooks available in both English and Spanish. The agency currently purchases these products from Activate Learning for this service. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 8, 2026, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
