Wellness Program Administration Services

The City of Colorado Springs, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide wellness program administration services to enhance its overall wellness strategy. The agency aims to increase emphasis on preventive care, condition management, and technology-driven solutions that improve employee and spouse engagement. The selected partner will collaborate with the employer and benefits consultant to design and evolve the overall wellness strategy, supporting annual program design, incentive structures, eligibility thresholds, and reward strategies. The scope of work covers biometric screening and health assessment management, along with the development of an annual communication strategy and campaign calendar. The agency requires a digital, mobile-friendly, and app-based wellness platform that provides real-time updates of points, activities, and incentives. The provider must also deliver benchmarking against public sector and peer organizations and support the development of a multi-year wellness and population health roadmap. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency will host a pre-proposal conference on June 24, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 2, 2026. The resulting contract period will run for one year.
