The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive municipal affairs and community relations services to cultivate and strengthen relationships with municipal elected officials and key stakeholders across the city. The selected partner will serve as an agency representative at key community events, develop written communications to support relationship-building, and advise on municipal affairs priorities. The scope of work also requires coordinating meetings between administration, elected officials, and community members to support and advance the district's interests. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The designated work will be performed entirely offsite. The agency has established a budget of up to 55,000.00 USD for a contract period lasting one year. The agency will host a virtual pre-bid meeting on July 2, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than July 8, 2026. The final deadline for proposal submission is July 21, 2026.
