Family Leader Pilot Service

The New Hampshire Judicial Branch in Concord, New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to establish and administer a family leader pilot service for its family treatment court and supported family approach. The agency aims to recruit, onboard, and develop family leaders who are former parents previously involved in abuse and neglect cases. By providing this service, the agency intends to integrate the lived experiences of these parents into its steering and advisory teams to improve court programs. The selected vendor must provide comprehensive financial, logistical, and administrative support to the family leaders. This scope of work includes compensating leaders for their recruitment, development, and active participation, as well as covering costs for childcare, transportation, and other support to eliminate barriers to involvement. Additionally, the vendor must develop onboarding materials such as employment agreements, informational materials, and training curricula, while collecting qualitative feedback to evaluate the partnership. Bidders must be organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of the work may occur either onsite in Concord or offsite. The agency is requesting budget proposals for a contract period that will run for one year. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget limit and is looking for proposals to define the funding needs and crucial components of the program.
