Off-Site Data and Document Storage Service

The Kentucky government authority is seeking a vendor to provide off-site data and document storage services. The agency requires an environmentally controlled and secure off-site storage facility equipped with a delivery and pickup exchange service. This facility must solve the agency's need for secure, climate-regulated preservation of magnetic media and physical records. The scope of work covers a storage vault built to four-hour fire-rated architectural specifications with no flammable or combustible materials stored inside. The vault must maintain a constant temperature between 60 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit and a humidity level between 50 and 55 percent. Additionally, the agency requires continuous security monitoring twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year, alongside the maintenance of an accurate inventory of all stored cases and records. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted work must be performed offsite at the vendor's secure facility.
