The Bank of North Dakota, a government authority located in Bismarck, North Dakota, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive travel management services. The agency requires full reservation, ticketing, and fulfillment services for domestic and international travel across all commercial modes of transportation, excluding car rentals. The selected vendor must book the lowest available airfare, rail, and ground transportation that meets the specific departure, arrival, layover, and destination needs of the travelers. The scope of work includes assisting travelers with seat assignments during the booking process to the extent allowed by each carrier. The agency requires the vendor to maintain the security and confidentiality of all state traveler data in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Additionally, the vendor must provide a dedicated web portal or equivalent resource where state agency staff can access agent contact information, travel program details, and relevant policy references. For international travel, the vendor must assist with transportation and lodging arrangements, airfare pricing, currency exchange information, visa and passport guidance, health requirements, and group coordination. The agency also requires the maintenance of a risk management program that monitors official travel warnings, identifies affected travelers, and provides emergency response support. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine pricing. The resulting contract period will run for two years.
