The Inland Empire Utilities Agency in Chino, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive engineering design and project management services. The agency needs to solve infrastructure planning challenges through topographical surveying, utility base mapping, cost estimation, quantity calculations, and bid support. The project also requires the selected vendor to perform as-built research, infestation review, utility research, utility notification, and field surveys. The scope of work covers the creation of detailed plans, technical specifications, and the engineer's quantity and cost estimates. The agency requires the vendor to assist with plan interpretation and bidding support during the procurement phase. All performance of the contracted work must take place onsite at the agency facilities in Chino, California. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services.
