Facility Condition Assessment Services

The City of Peoria, Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide on-call Facility Condition Assessment services to support a standardized, continuous capital planning program. The agency requires a system that aligns with existing city datasets to maintain a rolling five-year reassessment cycle across its entire facility portfolio. To meet program timelines, the selected provider must possess the capability to perform assessments at multiple facilities concurrently. The scope of work covers inspection, deficiency identification, cost estimating, lifecycle analysis, and structured data delivery. The agency will issue these assessments in phases through individual task orders based on municipal prioritization. All performance of the work will occur offsite, and the agency will accept proposal submissions digitally via email or online.
