Employee Service Recognition Awards Program Services

The county is seeking a contractor to provide employee service recognition awards program services. The agency recognizes employees who reach key service milestones by issuing a recognition notice and certificate at one year of service, and adds a gift to the printed materials at each subsequent five-year increment starting at year five. The contractor must provide physical award packets containing a packet envelope, a congratulatory letter, two copies of an award certificate, order instructions, and pictures of awards at multiple levels. The agency requires the catalog and brochure to be available in an electronic, web-based format. The contractor must bear all costs associated with the creation, distribution, management, set-up, interface, and delivery of all catalogs and brochures. Eligible employees must be able to order a recognition award gift either on a custom web-based site or by printing and returning an order form to the contractor for processing. No monetary value may appear in the paper or online gift catalog. The county requires the performance of the work to be onsite, and eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will establish a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 07, 2026, and may submit their final responses digitally via email or online.
