The County is seeking a vendor to provide professional production services for various events, which are typically funded through show promoters. The agency requires the selected vendor to prepare CAD software plots based on rider requirements, provide professional insight on stage and rig plots, and assist with advance calls. The scope of work covers sound, lights, backline, audio, and video that meet or exceed artist or venue requirements within the provided budget parameters. The vendor must provide trained and certified technicians to operate the equipment. The agency requires the vendor to have a strong understanding of cable management, power distribution, and rigging standards. The selected vendor must also prepare cost estimates with itemized breakdowns for expenses and labor, and assist with preparing rig and stage plots based on budget parameters when needed. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
