Marketing and Branding Service

The scope of work also includes creating advertising, visual communications, signage, and vehicle graphics for print, digital, and environmental media. To improve digital engagement, the agency requires the development of a digital ecosystem focused on user experience, accessibility, and broader customer experience objectives. The consultant will recommend website designs, evaluate opportunities for mobile applications, and align digital platforms with overall marketing goals. Ongoing advisory support, public relations, collaborative marketing, and integrated advertising strategies across owned, earned, and paid media are also required. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency will allow the selected vendor to perform the work either onsite or offsite. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than July 01, 2026, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
