Regional Plan of Conservation and Development Update Services

Finally, the project requires the integration of water resources, climate resilience, hazard mitigation, land use, development patterns, regional strategy consolidation, performance measures, and implementation actions. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals within the submissions to determine the financial framework.
