Co-Developer Services

The Wayne County Metropolitan Housing Authority in Wooster, Ohio, is seeking a co-developer to assist in expanding and improving the availability of affordable housing assets. The agency needs to solve the challenge of developing viable mixed-income residential communities, which may include elderly and family units, utilizing mixed-finance methodologies. To achieve this, the agency requires professional services to evaluate and rank properties, conduct market and economic analyses, and perform financial modeling. The scope of work covers advising the agency on financing, acquisition, and development programs for affordable housing. The selected partner must develop infrastructure plans, obtain necessary local, county, and state governmental approvals, and facilitate community engagement and resident needs assessments. All work will be performed offsite, and the contract period will run for one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals within the submissions.
