Advanced Planning Service

The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services is seeking a vendor to provide professional advanced planning services to a government authority located in Bear, Delaware. The agency needs to assist individuals in decision-making processes that serve as alternatives to guardianship. This initiative aims to support choice, promote autonomy, and improve access to care for recipients receiving services. The selected vendor will develop advance planning directives and other legal decision-making documents. The scope of work requires the performance of all services to be completed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
