Advanced Planning Services for Individuals

The Delaware government authority is seeking a vendor to provide advanced planning and legal decision-making services for agency recipients. The contract period covers a duration of one year, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency has scheduled a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for July 21, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 7, 2026. The evaluation of proposals will be based on the submitted digital responses.
