Fire Sprinkler Inspection, Testing and Maintenance Service

The City of Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a contractor to provide fire sprinkler inspection, testing, and maintenance services. The agency needs to keep all fire sprinkler systems in a safe, code-compliant, and fully operational condition in accordance with Agency Fire Code requirements. The selected contractor must perform all required inspections, testing, maintenance, and corrective repairs while minimizing operational disruptions. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide reporting software, lift equipment, vehicles, tools, parts, and materials necessary for testing, repair, and modification. The contractor must use equipment and methods that meet manufacturer recommendations and applicable code requirements. Additionally, the contractor must acknowledge all test and repair alarms at the fire panel and operate the fire sprinkler system during all testing activities without requiring agency staff assistance. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite, and the contractor must be located onshore within the United States. The City reserves the right to require the removal of contractor personnel from the site for unsatisfactory performance, unprofessional or unethical behavior, or illegal activity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The contract period will be for one year. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on July 1, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 15, 2026.
