Title VI Program Update Service

The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to prepare and complete a Title VI program update for fiscal years 2023 through 2025. The agency must ensure that public transportation services are provided in a non-discriminatory manner and promote full and fair participation in transportation decision-making regardless of race, color, or national origin. Additionally, the agency needs to provide meaningful access to transit-related programs, services, and activities for individuals with Limited English Proficiency. The project requires a comprehensive review of the existing Title VI program to update all required elements reflecting service, operational, demographic, and programmatic activities from fiscal years 2023 through 2025. The selected vendor must identify and remove any outdated, non-compliant, or unacceptable language from the current program. The scope also covers ensuring that all required analyses, policies, procedures, public participation activities, and supporting documentation are current and accurately reflect agency operations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
