Roofing Analysis and Consulting Services

The City of Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive roofing analysis and consulting services. The agency needs to assess current roofing conditions, identify systems or components that violate applicable building codes, and obtain detailed, prioritized recommendations for repairs, replacements, or preservation. The project scope covers specialized roof surveys, assessments, diagnostic testing, inspections, technical reporting, quality assurance, and the verification and validation of roofing repairs. The selected partner must also meet with the City to coordinate schedules, address unforeseen conditions, and manage involved parties. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has established a contract period of one year. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 25, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 2, 2026.
