Civil Legal Services

The government authority located in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide civil legal services to its indigent residents. The agency needs a provider capable of delivering general legal services in one or more specific subject areas of law, including housing, government benefits, family law, immigration, and other legal issues commonly encountered by this population.
