Driver Licensing Business Transformation and Process Modernization Services

The agency is seeking driver licensing business transformation and process modernization services to update complex processes for external customer-facing service delivery. The project aims to solve inefficiencies in public-sector service delivery by re-engineering existing paper-based processes to improve the customer experience and mitigate business impacts. The selected provider will deliver business transformation advisory and delivery support from early planning and definition through implementation and completion. The scope of work covers business requirements elicitation and documentation, including stakeholder engagement, facilitation of requirements gathering workshops, validation of business requirements, and the creation of business requirements documents. The agency requires the creation of current-state and future-state process maps to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improved efficiencies. The project also includes process re-engineering through workshop facilitation, structured process design for optimal efficiency and strategic alignment, and support for deployment and operationalization. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for three years.
