Ireland - A Sales Services for Standards

The National Standards Authority of Ireland is seeking a concessionaire to provide worldwide promotion and sales services for indigenous standards and national adoptions of international standards. The agency also requires the promotion and sale of unadopted international standards on a global scale. This initiative aims to establish effective sales and distribution channels, including provisions for printed publications, while modernizing traditional sales methods through new technology. The selected partner must operate a customer sales department capable of handling all incoming telephone calls. The agency requires the customer service operations to support communication in the native languages of the buyers. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore organizations based solely in the United States of America. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract.
