Bord Bia is seeking a strategic agency partner to focus on the marketing of Irish food and drink in Japan to relevant trade audiences. The agency needs to solve the problem of effectively reaching Japanese trade sectors by developing annual plans and budgets for each sector. These plans must deliver on specific business objectives by targeting key trade audiences with tailored content through owned, earned, and paid trade media, key opinion leaders, offline events, and other relevant trade platforms. The scope of work requires the selected partner to develop metrics and agree on targets for each annual sector plan. The agency is requesting creative adaptation, localisation, media planning, and media buying. The partner must also provide quarterly and annual reports detailing the performance of each sector plan against the established targets. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Ireland. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial parameters. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. The contract period for the selected partner will be three years.
