The City of Coconut Creek, Florida, is seeking professional architectural, engineering, and related design services to develop construction-ready plans for a new two-acre Village Green park. The agency requires comprehensive site planning, building programming, 3D color renderings, interior design, written specifications, construction cost estimating, and signed and sealed construction documents. The scope encompasses all necessary civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire protection, audio/visual, landscape architecture, irrigation, and value engineering design services. The design must exclude a splash pad and a dog park due to limited space, but it must accommodate the viewing of a large portable outdoor movie screen or video wall. The agency requires an integrated audio system to support events, the ability to dim site lighting from the restroom building's audio/visual room, and lockable electrical connections throughout the park to support events and food trucks. Additionally, the design must feature a lockable power supply located by the road between the park and the garage to support the agency's showmobile. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity, and the performance of the work must take place onsite.
