The City of Chula Vista, California, is seeking a contractor to provide homeless encampment abatement, general clean-up, and illegal dump site services. The agency needs to address the accumulation of garbage, general debris, human waste, constructed temporary shelters, shopping carts, and other items associated with homeless occupancy and illegal dumping.
