The Gulf Bend Center in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive groundskeeping services for its property. The agency requires regular mowing, weed eating, and edging, with the frequency adjusted seasonally from weekly during peak months to monthly in the winter. The selected provider must also air-sweep paved areas, remove all trash and lawn debris, and treat sidewalk cracks with herbicide during each service visit. The scope of work includes treating all ant beds on the property with ant killer during every service. The agency also requires the pruning of low-hanging or dead branches to maintain an eight-foot clearance, alongside trimming shrubs and ornamentals at least quarterly. Although the physical groundskeeping occurs on the agency property, the administrative performance of the work and business operations must be carried out offsite at the vendor's US-based office premises. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals from interested bidders to determine the cost of these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than July 6, 2026.
