Workplace Investigation, Mediation, Assessment, and Restoration Services

The government authority in Ontario is seeking workplace investigation, mediation, assessment, and restoration services to maintain a safe and respectful environment. The agency needs to address interpersonal disputes, resolve conflicts, and identify health and safety risks within its organization. This initiative aims to solve workplace disruptions and ensure compliance with harassment and violence regulations. The scope of work covers five distinct service areas to support the agency. The selected provider will conduct impartial investigations following notices of harassment and violence, as well as broader investigations into labor relations, disciplinary concerns, or organizational efficiency. Additionally, the work includes facilitating structured mediation, evaluating workplace dynamics to recommend preventative measures, and designing tailored workplace restoration plans to help teams recover after conflict. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations. The performance of all contracted work will take place onsite at the agency's facilities in Ontario. Bidders can submit their proposals digitally through email or an online portal. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
