Airport Facilities Systems Consultant Services

The Palm Beach County Department of Airports is seeking a consultant to provide professional airport facilities and systems design services under a continuing contract. The agency requires architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and landscape design services for airport-related and ancillary facilities on an as-needed basis. This initiative addresses the agency's need for site development, infrastructure, utility, electrical, permitting, agency coordination, and investigative services. The selected consultant will perform investigative services, review submittals, conduct construction observation and inspections, and perform site visits. The scope of work also includes daily oversight and monitoring of construction, schedule, and quality, as well as providing assistance in an extension-of-staff capacity. The agency expects the performance of these services to occur offsite over a contract period of two years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will accept proposal submissions digitally via email or online, and the budget evaluation will be based on the submitted proposals. The agency has scheduled a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for July 1, 2026, and requires all questions to be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
