RFI for Larimer Scattered Sites Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh is seeking information for the purchase and redevelopment of all or part of multiple scattered site assemblages. The agency intends to use these sites for the purpose of high-quality housing development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Services are required on an as-needed basis to support this redevelopment initiative. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite at the designated scattered sites. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the project. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this request for information no later than August 17, 2026. The agency will evaluate submissions based on the proposed plans for high-quality housing development on the scattered sites.
