The Contra Costa Transportation Authority in Walnut Creek, California is seeking state legislative advocacy services to represent its interests before the state legislature. The scope of work includes identifying and recommending priority legislation for monitoring during each legislative session, including proposals that may impact the organization’s policy objectives. All work will be performed offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
