Executive Recruitment Services

The Town of Newmarket, Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide executive recruitment services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must conduct an in-depth strategic planning meeting with the Director of Human Resources to establish a search timeline, methodology, and critical milestones. The scope of work includes developing a recruitment strategy with outreach to diverse applicants, creating marketing materials aligned with the Town's employment brand, and conducting targeted advertising and personal outreach. The vendor must review resumes to prepare a written summary of up to ten qualified candidates, evaluate five to six candidates for serious consideration, and debrief with the Town after interviews. The chosen provider is also responsible for verifying educational backgrounds and conducting criminal, financial, newspaper, and civil litigation checks on selected candidates. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. Bidders must register and pay a fee on the tendering authority's website to obtain the official request for proposals document without a watermark. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the Town is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
