Student Photography Services

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive student photography services for the 2027-28, 2028-29, and 2029-30 school years. The scope of work covers individual student pictures, class portraits, group pictures, team and individual sports pictures, club photos, school events, dance pictures, graduation or promotion photos, and school district staff portraits. The selected contractor must provide all support personnel and systems to organize, publicize, and maintain the picture-taking process. The contractor must also coordinate directly with the school athletic director or appointed school administrator to set up dates and times for athletic team pictures. The agency is establishing a contract term of three years for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency specifies that the performance of the work will be offsite.
