Production and Communication Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive production and communication services focused on natural resources and earth science. The selected provider will develop, design, and produce a wide range of materials including educational video content, technical scientific reports, flyers, factsheets, periodicals, and general audience publications. The scope of work covers content development, copyediting, proofreading, scientific and technical editing, research, writing, and project management. The agency requires the creation of diverse visual and digital assets such as charts, graphs, illustrations, infographics, schematic diagrams, map layouts, cartography, social media content, and audio/visual materials. Deliverables must comply with both agency graphic standards and federal accessibility standards, and the provider must manage licensing support and print production. Additionally, the agency needs planning and strategic design consultation for larger reports and campaigns, including the design of project road maps, requirements, and deliverables. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
