The Tucson Airport Authority in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide event equipment rental services. The agency requires these rentals to support its ongoing events and operational needs over a multi-year period. The contract period will span two years, and the performance of the work will occur offsite. The scope of work covers three main categories of equipment and related services. First, the agency requires rental tents and related items, including tents, tent structures, anchors, tent lighting elements, fencing, rope, stanchions, artificial turf, and carpet. Second, the agency needs rental furniture and related items, which include chairs, various table types, TV rentals, 120-quart water coolers, white plastic vertical rail fencing, linens, and napkins. Finally, the agency requests event staging and rigging services and equipment, including standard and customized stage platforms, risers, scaffolding systems, stage stairs, ramps, railings, and pipe and drape systems. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
