Event Rentals Service

The university in Austin, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide professional, short-term event rental services on an as-needed basis to support its event schedule at various campus locations. The agency needs to secure a reliable source for tents, tent lighting elements, fencing, rope and stanchions, artificial turf, and carpet. To ensure event safety and comfort, the scope of work also includes providing fire extinguishers, other safety equipment, fans, heaters, and portable air conditioning units. The agency requires all provided tents to be clean, bright, and in excellent condition. The selected vendor must comply with all fire and safety requirements and use water barrels and weighted anchors adequate to the tent size to secure the structures. Performance of all rental services and installations will take place onsite at the university. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital response submissions via email or online.
