National Information and Referral Support Center Service

The Administration for Community Living in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to establish and operate the National Information and Referral Support Center. The agency needs to increase the quality and professionalism of the aging and disability information and referral field. This initiative aims to solve the problem of fragmented access to aging and disability programs, particularly for individuals with the greatest social and economic need. The scope of work requires the vendor to provide national leadership, training, technical assistance, and resource development to aging and disability information, referral, and assistance programs. The selected vendor must facilitate peer learning, promote industry standards and certification, and disseminate evidence-informed, culturally responsive practices. Additionally, the vendor must coordinate with partners, promote promising practices, and convene an Advisory Committee in consultation with the agency to guide the direction of the Support Center. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed specific evaluation criteria or key dates in the initial announcement.
